Responsibilities
- Actively seeking employees for low and medium level positions on the Dutch and German markets
- Maintaining long-term relationships with candidates
- Using all available channels for sourcing candidates
- Successful and qualitative building of the candidate database
- Creation of job advertisements for the position in question
- Supporting and proposing solutions in the area of recruitment
- Other tasks assigned by the team leader in the area of recruitment and planning
Qualifications
-Minimum one year experience as a recruiter or in a similar position in a temporary work agency
-Knowledge of Polish and English or Dutch; Knowledge of other languages would be an advantage
-Good organisation of work
-Flexible approach to working hours, not necessarily with 9am to 5pm mentality
-Responsibility and self-reliance
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel -Familiarity with Plan4Flex software would be an advantage
-Positive attitude towards recruited candidates
